As a founder of several successful software companies, I've spent my career building commercially viable software products from scratch. The experience has forced me to understand all phases of creating a software business, including market analysis, financial planning,  experience design, solution development, team development, go-to-market, sales and marketing, and all of the complexities that go along with it.  I've worked with customers who represent some of the largest organizations in the world, including Amazon, Disney, Ford, The US Federal Government, just to name a few. I've also worked closely with small companies who want to use digital solutions to gain an advantage in their own markets.
